No Records Are Stored Here
This site keeps no jail rosters, inmate records, booking photos, warrant data, or court records of its own. It points you to the offices and locators that actually maintain those things. Connecticut runs a unified state correctional system, so custody after an East Hartford arrest is tracked by the Connecticut Department of Correction, not by a county jail. To confirm whether someone is in custody or to obtain a record, request it from the agency that holds it: the CT DOC for custody information, the East Hartford Police Department for local arrest and police reports, or the Connecticut Judicial Branch for court records. Connecticut's open-records law, the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act at CGS § 1-210, gives the public a right to inspect and copy agency records, subject to the exemptions written into the statute.
